If you are hoping for a quick pickup, this is not the place to park. I’ve had multiple return instances in which I waited for a shuttle for 15-20+ minutes, watching other companies’ shuttles come and go multiple times. When I called asking about the status of a shuttle after 20 minutes, I was told a few more minutes. I tried to explain my frustration and was given a short response and hung up on. I gave a few stars credit for helpful service I’ve had in the past when I’ve accidentally left a belonging behind and for the helpful drivers. I’d recommend Fine take a lesson from some of the other companies’ playbooks on how to effectively run a shuttle system to ensure customers aren’t waiting excessively.
This is the BEST airport parking! We have parked at both Fine facilities in Houston and they were both seamless and great experiences. It’s very affordable, so easy to reserve and enter the lots and the instructions are clear. Everyone we have dealt with from the front gate personnel, the drivers and even the phone dispatch have been so kind and welcoming and helpful. All covered parking. Even the one we paid for that said uncovered was a covered lot. The shuttle services are quick and the drivers are so nice and accommodating. Travel is so stressful but I’m so grateful we’ve used their lots because it took away from the stress. We used OnAirParking app to reserve and it has been great. I have nothing negative to say. We’ve used our fair share of temporary parking when traveling and I’ve NEVER experienced a place as pleasant as this.
We had an excellent experience at Fine Airport Parking. Our flight from Victoria to IAH was canceled. In order to catch our flight to Orlando we jumped in the car and drove the 2 1/2 hours to Houston IAH. On the way to IAH, I found Fine parking on-line and reserved a spot. After arrival to Fine we found Shawn (trainer) she went out of her way to make sure we got to the airport on time. Even driving us to the airport herself. Thank you Shawn and Fine Airport parking. We made our flight!
I was greeted with such a warm welcome this morning by Miss Yolanda Braggs. She asked me how my holiday season was going. She also helped with my bags and coordinated what terminal I wanted to be dropped off at. I'm a flight attendant, and experiencing this level of kindness before a start trip is great. I appreciate the service Fine Parking provides.
Last month was my first time using Fine Parking. I was pretty satisfied with the service I got. The Shuttle Buses were pretty frequent; the most I waited was probably 5 minutes. The parking area has cover and the drivers were pretty friendly. Even when there was some confusion about the reservation and loyalty bar code which I ended up getting duplicate charges, Ruby was able to help me out and fix my bill within a call. I'd recommend Fine Parking and I will use them again.
